Hostry Refund Policy

In addition to purchasing services from Hostry, we reserve the right to cancel our services at any time. All fees paid prior to cancellation will be prorated and refunded by Hostry to the customer if services are canceled without violating these Terms and Conditions. If the cancellation was caused by a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy, no refunds will be issued and the prepayment will be deemed damages to Hostry. Please note that services can be canceled at any time regardless of the end of the contract.

All new customers who start using Hostry’s services are eligible to use the money-back guarantee option and request a refund no more than 3 days from the start of using the services if they are not satisfied with this, provided that no policy stated in this document is was broken. You can use the “Money Back Guarantee” option and request a refund within no more than 3 days from the start of using the services if you are not satisfied with this if the policy of use specified in this document has not been violated. However, there are some clarifications here:

  • Refunds are possible, as already described above, within no more than 3 days from the date of purchase of the server;
  • The server should not participate in illegal activities, such as spam, phishing, brute force, adult materials, calls for terrorism and actions aimed at riots, and so on;
  • Refunds are not possible if there have already been other complaints about any other services.
