Most Linux based servers use software firewalls such as IPTables and PF. They can be easily configured to restrict web server traffic. This can block one or more StackPath CDN subnets (edge servers), preventing content from being fetched from your source and cached.
In case you own a firewall or other traffic throttling system on the origin server, you need to whitelist the IP addresses of our edge servers. On this page, you will be able to get the IP addresses of the StackPath CDN edge servers that you are configured on.
